The forerunner of INLEN is an organization of consultancy and management training. That was founded by professors, doctoral of universities, as well as experts in business administration at home and abroad, stands first as senior expert Dr. Phan Ngoc Thanh.

On November 7, 2005, the organization was officially named INLEN (sort of INOVATIVE LEADING ENTERPRISE) and the message is "innovation leader" for the business community.

All the way from 2005 to 2017, nearly 12 years - the time of development, time is also faced with many difficulties and challenges, but INLEN has constantly developed and maintained its position as the Vietnam's pioneer in the field of providing services management consulting, training and development of human resources for the business community.
