TRAINING COURSE “BUILDING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)” AT CAN THO POWER COMPANY

Recently, under the guidance of Phan Ngoc Thanh, PhD/DBA/MBA – Senior Consultant, INLEN Company organized training course “Building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)” at Can Tho Power Company. This training program is specifically designed for Can Tho Power Company (CTPC) to provide managers with tools which are close to the most practical conditions. Under the dedicated guidance and sharing of Phan Ngoc Thanh, PhD/DBA/MBA, managers of CTPC will understand the foundation of performance management. From that, they will successfully build, implement and manage KPIs for strategy management, operation management and action program management. During the training course, INLEN helped managers of CTPC improve their skills through practical exercises and create products for themselves because “Practical application” is always the top priority of INLEN.

For many years, BSC and KPI are very common management tools and they are the top 5 management tools that enterprises used and had satisfaction very much. KPI is like a compass that helps enterprises move in the right direction and as a steering wheel that helps managers drive their enterprises to go in the determined direction through the targeted density of the company, department or individual. In the near future, BSC and KPI will be widely applied to enterprises and organizations in various forms. Whatever the form, renting Consultants or organizing Training courses, the ultimate goal is to make effectively because the opinion of INLEN is “Get results but be effective”. When enterprises build “Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)”, it’s easy to get results but it’s very hard to be effective. Enterprises want to successfully apply BSC – MBO (KPOs/KPIs) management model, they need to have "high determination", otherwise it’s very easy to lead to failure by half-hearted” style.
